Gabriel Jesus and Manchester City are putting their extension talks on hold but he wants to remain with the club over the long-term.

Jesus is under contract through 2021.

Jesus had been expected to sign a new deal before Christmas that would take him through 2021.

Jesus is set to be Brazil's first-choice striker at this summer's World Cup in Russia. 

Sergej Milinkovic-Savic has been identified as a summer target for Manchester United, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain.

Lazio sporting director Igli Tare has said it will take "much more" than €90 million ($110.6 million) to sell Milinkovic-Savic.

Milinkovic-Savic is considered one of the world's best young box-to-box midfielders.

"We know where we want to get and I don't like to talk about it now because we're in the midst of a battle for many important objectives and there is a time and a place to talk about things," he told Sportitalia.

Asked whether €80-90 million was a fair valuation, he said: "Yes -- even much more. There have already been offers in this region last summer and we didn't consider them.

"There are major European clubs interested in Milinkovic-Savic, but we don't have anything definite on the table."

Isco admitted he feels more confident playing with the Spanish national team than he does Real Madrid.

Isco's standing with Zinedine Zidane has varied over their tenure working together. Isco scored a hattrick in Spain's 6-1 win over Argentina on Tuesday.

"In Madrid I don't have the confidence a player needs,'' Isco said in a postmatch interview with Marca. "The matches with the national team give me life. Here I have the confidence of the coach.

"I want to show that I'm a good player. Lopetegui shows me confidence with the minutes he gives me.

"Maybe I'm the problem in Madrid. I don't know how to win Zidane's confidence.''

Paul Pogba and Antoine Griezmann said they would like to play together at the club level, but that doesn't mean it will happen with Manchester United.

Pogba returned to United from Juventus in 2016 but his time there has been uneven.

Griezmann has been linked with a move to United in the past.

"If only we could do this every day," Pogba said, with Griezmann responding: "That would be great. But hey, that doesn't mean I'm going to go to Man U."

Pogba added: "The whole year together, winning trophies. I really hope we're going to do that one day."

Zlatan Ibrahimovic will finalize a move this week from Manchester United to the LA Galaxy.

Ibrahimovic hasn't played for United since being substituted on Dec. 26th. United's £90 million purchase of Romelu Lukaku last summer pushed Ibrahimovic to the bench.

Jose Mourinho has allowed Ibrahimovic to leave now in order to sign in the MLS.

Ibrahimovic has long been linked with a move to the MLS.

Everton is monitoring Luke Shaw's situation with Manchester United.

Jose Mourinho criticised Shaw again after last weekend's win in the FA Cup.

Mourinho claimed Shaw lacked "class and personality" in his performance.

Shaw has struggled to hold down a regular spot in the last two seasons, with Ashley Young the first-choice left-back.

Antoine Griezmann predicts his future "will be decided before the World Cup."

Griezmann has been linked with Manchester United and said his odds of a transfer there are "six out of 10."

Griezmann is under contract with Atleti until 2022.

Griezmann has also been linked with Barcelona.

"My future will be decided before the World Cup. I want to go to Russia with my mind free of concerns, and I think that is also what everyone else wants too," Griezmann said.

"It's not the question of knowing where I'll play that is the most troublesome, but more the fact that you get called all the time and are being asked: 'So, what do you think of that? Do you want this? Or that?'

"I have told my sister [Maud, who represents him] that, whether I stay or don't stay, it has to be sorted out before."

N'Golo Kante considers Chelsea "home" and has no interest in joining Paris Saint-Germain in the summer.

Chelsea face a summer of uncertainty in the transfer market, with Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois both attracting interest from Real Madrid.

"I am at home. It is my club, I am a Chelsea player," Kante said.

"This is my second year at Chelsea. After what happened last season, it was a very good one for us because we got to celebrate winning the title.

"In the second season, I have got to play in the Champions League and we are going again to finish in the top four. We will fight until the end to finish in the top four and to get in a Champions League position.

"We also have the FA Cup to play for -- it is a good competition. Last season we failed in the final. It is the only trophy we can win this season, so we have to give everything to get to the final and win it."

Ernesto Valverde called the possibility of Neymar's return to his club "a fantasy" after reports published in Spain on Friday said the Brazilian has asked to come back to Barcelona.

The same report also linked him to a €400 million move to Real Madrid.

Paris Saint-Germain paid a world-record €222 million to activate Neymar's buyout clause with Barcelona last August.

AS reported that Barcelona's rivals Real Madrid have already told Neymar's father, who also serves as his manager, that they are willing to pay nearly double that amount and meet PSG's asking price of €400 million.

"It seems like a fantasy to me," Valverde said when asked about the chance Neymar could return. "We don't know where it's come from or where it's going to end. We aren't going to talk about suppositions."

Paris Saint-Germain are concerned their exit in the Champions League could lead to the exit of Neymar this summer.

Neymar arrived last summer for a world record fee but his first season has been problematic on and off the pitch.
